Family Roster & Medical Editor
Pick a household to view or edit its roster — names, birthdays, relationships, and each person's medical details. This is the same data families fill out themselves; edits here overwrite theirs, so use it to help a household that's stuck.
Post announcements for every household. A good rhythm: the 1st and 15th of each month.

💵 How Every Household's Total Is Figured
Totals below update automatically as families fill out their rosters — nothing to type.
Ages are figured as of reunion day — August 27, 2027. A roster member without a birthday counts at the adult rate until one is added. Households can pay any amount at any time; they see this same breakdown, member by member, on their own Payments page.
PayPal Business Setup
1 · Payment link (start here): in PayPal go to Pay & Get Paid → Create Payment Links and Buttons, choose "Customers choose what to pay", name it "Legacy Family Reunion Dues", create it, copy the link (it looks like paypal.com/ncp/payment/XXXXXXXX) and paste it below. The portal shows each household the exact amount and copies it for them to paste on PayPal's page.
2 · Client ID (recommended upgrade): at developer.paypal.com → Apps & Credentials → Live → Create App, copy the Client ID and paste it below. This puts official PayPal / Venmo / debit-card buttons right on the household Payments page that charge the exact amount owed — no typing, and payments are recorded in the portal automatically.

Reunion Details
Official plan: Friday, August 27 – Monday, August 30, 2027 · New Hampshire (exact address & lodging TBA — committee arrives Aug 26). These are pre-filled below and shown to every household; update the location here the moment the venue is final.
Admin Access
Admins sign in with their own email and password (reset by email from the sign-in screen). New admins join using the setup code below — change it any time.
